Discography
RETINA
Retina is the matrix of our human visual perception. Wirefall’s debut album comes as a metaphor for life’s observations, especially for those invisible to the human eye.
The album delves into the complex intricacies of human emotions, portraying life as a theatre of romantic drama unfolding daily. With their art and music, Wirefall offers a special pair of lenses that allows Retina to become a vantage point to observe, commiserate, and ironize over the quirks of the human heart. Wirefall aspires to inspire the audience to explore beyond the surface, seeking peace and reflection without falling into excess or escapism.
No suffering beyond the minimum requirement, no binge drinking and numbing yourself with controlled substances. Quick release, then peace and reflection.
Retina is released by Wirefall independently as of June 8th, 2024 and includes 12 tracks.
REJECTED
Rejected is a reinterpretation of form — a transformation of Retina through the language of hip-hop, turntablism, and sample-based production.
Where the original album explored perception, Rejected reshapes that vision through rhythm, texture, and reconstruction. Built on layered drums, chopped samples, newly recorded elements, and scratches, each track deconstructs its source and re-emerges with a different pulse — grounded in groove, swing, and raw expression.
The album moves across a wide spectrum of moods and styles. From boom bap foundations and funk-driven arrangements to reggae influences, abstract soundscapes, and stripped-down minimalism, each piece offers a new angle on familiar material. Guitars are recontextualized, melodies are reframed, and space is used as an instrument in itself.
Rather than replicating, Rejected challenges the original compositions by applying the principles of DJ culture — taking what exists and reshaping it into something that speaks a different sonic language. It becomes less about revisiting and more about redefining.
As a full body of work, Rejected stands as both reinterpretation and resolution — a closing statement built on reinvention, independence, and creative control.
